Where will I receive orders from tables?
Orders from your tables are routed to an intuitive dashboard that you and your staff can access via tablet, mobile phone, or computer. This dashboard enables you to monitor and manage all order statuses and notifications in one place.
What can be customized?
Our platform provides extensive customization options. You can adjust: Dish categories and individual dishes, including their display order. Photos, descriptions, tags, allergens, pricing, and other details. Multiple modifications per dish (both single-select and multi-select options). Visually, three default color schemes are available – dark, light, and custom. If you require further design adjustments, please email us at info@dinn.app. Additionally, you can update your logo, social media links, basic SEO settings, Wi-Fi credentials, and your staff list.

Customers can leave a review once an order is completed. These reviews are available exclusively for you to view and analyze, and they can be linked to specific staff members.

All tips are accumulated in your account, and you can set up a custom payout schedule to transfer funds to your company’s bank account. We handle the account creation (requiring only some additional company information from you), and the payment system commission is less than 1% per transfer.
